Mirella brings Naples to the new town of Rhodes, on Dimitriou Theodoraki street, in the middle of the city's shopping quarter. The kitchen works by the Neapolitan book, with ingredients sent from Naples and a domed oven in full view behind the bar, and the room was designed with the same honesty: shelves stocked like an Italian pantry, a long fluted banquette, and a ceiling of oversized fabric shades that lowers the light to the level of conversation. Around the tables, ABBEY ROPE dining chairs bring a woven, handmade note to the dark timber, while SECCO TESSUTO stools line the counter for anyone who wants to watch the pizzaiolo at work. Outside, under the ficus trees of the pavement, the RIERA AL chairs carry the same texture into the open air. A neighbourhood trattoria with the manners of a proper restaurant.
