Outlet
Returns and withdrawal
Last updated 25 October 2026
The 14-day right
If you are a consumer and you buy outlet goods at a distance, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. This follows Directive 2011/83/EU (Articles 9, 11, 13 and 14) and Greek law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, as amended, including ministerial decision Z1-891/2013, which transposed that directive. It does not replace a separate written contract for made-to-order project furniture.
Who can use it
A consumer is a person acting outside their trade, business or profession. The right applies to outlet goods bought at a distance, including when you then collect them from the warehouse. It is the legal minimum. We do not shorten it.
When the 14 days start
The 14 days start on the day you take physical possession of the goods. If one order arrives in more than one delivery, they start on the day you take possession of the last piece. You must tell us that you are withdrawing before those 14 days end.
How to tell us
Email info@bn-group.gr, or send a letter to the headquarters address below. You do not have to use a set form. Say clearly that you withdraw from the contract, which goods it concerns, and your name and address. A phone call alone is not enough, because the notice has to be on a durable medium. You can use the model form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU if you prefer. We will confirm by email, without delay, that we received your withdrawal. Keep a copy: if there is any doubt, it is for you to show that you withdrew in time.
You can copy this: I withdraw from my contract for the outlet goods below. Request reference: Date of the request: Date I received the goods: Goods: Name: Address: Email: Date:
Sending the goods back
Send the goods back without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of the day you told us you are withdrawing. Return them in their original condition. You are responsible for a loss in value only if you handled the goods beyond what was necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Who pays for the return
You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back, unless we have agreed to pay it. These terms do not agree that we will pay that cost. If we later agree to collect the goods, or to pay the carrier, we will say so in writing. We do not add any other return charge.
The refund
We refund every payment we received from you for the goods. If you paid a delivery charge, we refund that too. Delivery in Athens and Thessaloniki, and pickup in Nea Santa, are free, so there is normally no delivery charge to refund. We refund you within 14 days of the day you told us you are withdrawing. We may wait until we have the goods back, or until you send proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree to another means. We do not charge a fee for the refund.
When the right does not apply
The law withholds this right in some cases. The ones that can matter here are goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once you have unsealed them. Outlet pieces are stock, not made to order. If we believe an exception applies, we will tell you before you send the goods back.
