Noesis is a seafront restaurant and lounge bar on the Piale Pasha promenade in Larnaca, Cyprus, a contemporary Mediterranean kitchen with a strong hand for seafood and an interior that leans bohemian. Hand-troweled plaster shapes arches and barrel-vaulted niches, terracotta dome pendants glow over a tiled bar, fluted bases carry the tables and broad-leaved planting softens the room. A reed canopy and exposed beams mark the edge that opens to the sea. JARET stools line the bar counter, and the wood-framed dining armchairs gather at the fluted-base tables through the room.
