Reef & Beef is an intimate steakhouse built around its cellar, a formal dining room kept deliberately dark and theatrical. A backlit wine wall runs the full width of the space, a tall metal-and-glass rack where each bottle glows from behind, and below it a low ledge carries a line of sculptural objects. Two brass cluster chandeliers hang low over white-clothed tables, and a warm timber floor grounds the room. The dining armchairs are pulled up to the tables in the foreground, low and quiet against the glow of the cellar wall.
