Sani Club spreads across the pine slopes and olive groves at the end of Sani Resort, on the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki, a beachfront retreat of bungalow suites above a soft Aegean bay. Around its free-form pool the ground is laid in terrazzo and dry-stone retaining walls, a mature olive tree rises from a raised planter, and tall parasols throw shade across the deck. The light is high and Mediterranean, the planting clipped and green. LOMAS and LONG-BAY sunloungers run in rows along the water, with a MARINERO side table set between them within reach of the shade.
