Among the olive groves outside Lithakia in southern Zakynthos, a kilometre from Agios Sostis beach, Soleil is a trio of modern private-pool villas built on understated design and premium materials, quiet, family-friendly and a world away from the crowds. Cream rendered walls, deep pergola overhangs and frameless glass frame terraces that look out only onto green. On the covered terrace, LA MER armchairs surround an ORIENTA-based dining table for meals in the shade, while a long CONCEICAO daybed stretches by the balustrade and a ROXIE armchair marks out a softer reading corner. It is serene and sun-drenched, an organic-modern calm that stays close to the land.
